aurora
Aurora is a Lotusbelle tent located just above our lake, in its own wild flower meadow. The tent sleeps up to 3 people in one large double bed and a small double sofa bed. There is a trailer parked next to the tent which has a small kitchen area – 3 ring gas hob, running hot and cold water and a small gas fridge. Plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and cooking utensils are all provided. The shower area behind the kitchen area has a sink, again with hot and cold running water, flush toilet and shower. The lighting is solar powered. There is also a power pack so that phones can be charged up. Outside of the tent there is a decking area with two sun loungers, and a small firepit which can be used as a BBQ. Due to the proximity of the lake, Aurora is not suitable for young children.
The tent has a stunning view of the lake and the island and is perfect for quiet contemplation. In summertime there is an abundance of dragonflies and the wild flowers are beautiful. The tent is located away from our other two tents, and any roads.
Vehicles can be parked within 20metres of the tent. The tent is accessible by a stone track then a grass track, it is possible to leave vehicles at the end of the stone track if the ground is very wet.
